Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 5- 7 business days. The tracking number will be emailed to the email on file upon shipment.

Once a package is shipped, LOMe is not responsible for missing packages or shipping delays. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to track or file a claim on your order.

We do not ship on holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. If an item is received damaged, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. A member of our team will be in touch with you to discuss further details.
